Most of the today’s organizations are building their change competence and ability to quickly respond to the customer and market changes. We believe that trainings and conferences are a great source of knowledge, yet they often do not provide enough practical information or hands-on practices which can be introduced immediately. Therefore, we have decided to create a new platform which enables the organizations to speed up their collection agile-related knowledge and transform into agile organizations based on real-world experience.

Each organization will have 90 minutes to demonstrate and present to 3 other organizations the most important parts of their transition to agility by means of a live showcase of ceremonies, business prioritization, or an interview with key stakeholders. All activities will take place on the premises of the demonstrating organization.

including the Retrospective session of the day for all companies, focusing on lessons learned and experience gathered, and a Review of leadership assessment, pointing out the most important findings and recommendations for further people development related to agile leadership.
