St. Louis, Missouri, 17. 2. 2021 -> ableneo accelerates its international growth with opening a new office in the US. The main focus of the latest ableneo branch will be the fast growing scaleup segment.
Entering the US market -> the natural next stage in the execution of ableneo’s strategy
In February 2020, ableneo was selected among more than 1000 European organisations to exhibit at the Startup Grind Conference in Silicon Valley. The main goal of ableneo’s exhibition was an introduction of the change management concept “innovation enabling” for the very first time to a US audience.
Despite the high maturity of innovation capabilities in the US, the service and concept received very positive feedback and resonated with numerous customers.
We see the US not only as a market with large demand for ableneo’s services, but also as a country with a mindset that innovation enablers can strongly profit from, says Jan Gregor, CEO of ableneo.
After the successful acquisition of multiple scaleups in the US in 2020, ableneo starts offering its services with a local branch, focusing mostly on this new customer segment.
The opening of the US office in St. Louis, Missouri is therefore not only a step towards international expansion, but also a step towards extending our acumen and further development of the “innovation enabling” concept.
Growing demand for “change as a service” in the scaleup segment
Over the last 8 years ableneo has built extensive knowledge in building the digital capabilities of organizations, through data monetization, agile transformation, application development and cloud services. Together with the unique change management framework, ableneo successfully enabled these capabilities to enterprises across EMEA and USA in diverse segments such as in finance, telco, healthcare, and automotive. While the main focus is still on the enterprise segment, we see growing demand on enabling services in the scaleup segment as well.
While the main challenge of large enterprises remains to be in establishing a sustainable change process resulting in successful innovation adoption, the main challenge of scaleups is scaling and an increase in the maturity in processes and technology.
